The EHR Best Practice Series™ affiliate program is open to national/regional medical associations, IPA’s and community hospital networks who wish to join. It is a free promotion program that provides discounts to physician offices in your member community on training programs as well as an opportunity for your organization to earn a referral fee by placing EHR Best Practice Series™ advertisements, banners, and text links on your membership communication media (websites, newsletters, direct mailings). When a member uses your discount code and makes a purchase of one of our training programs, your organization will earn a commission.
- Members of affiliate medical association receive up to 10% discounts on EHR Best Practice Series™ training programs.
- Affiliate medical association receives up to 5% commissions on EHR Best Practice Series™ training programs and toolkits sales that result from affiliate promotions.

- First, you'll need to fill out an online Application Form and submit it to Maxwell IT Company.
- Once approved, we will provide you with all the tools necessary to start the promotion program including banners and text links.
If your medical association is not enrolled in the affiliate program and you’d like to invite them to do so, fill out the online application form. If your association becomes an affiliate member, you will receive a $100.00 gift certificate off any training program.
